Hope Faith Love
Rehab Faith is...
  • Holding to hope in the face of pain.
  • Stepping out for that first step, even though that little voice of panic warns not to.
  • Believing that this little physical therapist can catch you if you fall.
We walk by faith, not by sight.   2 Corinthians 5:7
  • Laughing and sharing a smile, despite the face that you would rather lie down in the corner and weep.
  • Lying down in the corner and weeping because sometimes it's better to cry then to laugh.
  • Leaving your problems in the hands of The Almighty, casting every care on Him for He cares for you.
  • Reaching out to encourage another; not having to tell everyone how big your problems are but rather just listening to the problems of others.
"Faith makes all things possible... Love makes all things easy."   D.L.Moody
  • Believing that God never wastes any pain.
  • Doing your rehab exercises at home despite the fact that you wonder how this can help.
  • Knowing that it's OK to get 10 steps this week, because someday there will be 11 steps.
  • Telling yourself that you look good in hospital blue.
  • Knowing that you cannot see the end of the rehab, accepting that that is God's job... Your job is to live with all the hope and faith you can find in this moment.
"Faith is deliberate confidence in the character of God whose ways you may not understand at the time."   Oswald Chambers
